Agreements made with some of our suppliers make us obtain privileged tariffs on our purchases as well as a fast time of delivery. When we don’t already have stocks, goods ordered to our suppliers arrive the next day or in worst of the cases, four days afterwards.

We make the same prices than in Japan and we make you profit, as with our Japanese customers, of 5 years warranty maintenance (with a fixed price repair in option), which all online shops do not systematically propose. Other advantage concerning the prices, you are exempted (except those living in Japan) from the Japanese VAT.

Of course, there remain two necessary taxes you will have to pay as of reception of your order. The VAT ( which differs from the country) and 3.7% of customs taxes (for Europe). But in spite of the contribution of these taxes, our prices remain completely honourable.

To ensure you reliability and speed, we ship our goods by EMS-Chronopost or UPS. Safety is reinforced with the attribution of a tracking number which will enable you to know constantly where your parcel is.
